We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially as we have probably turned away bookings in favour of someone who has already booked, who then cancels.
In the event of any cancellation we will try and re let the room.
– For cancellations more than 48hrs ahead of the booking: If we are successful in re- letting the room we will refund any deposit paid less a £25.00 admin charge.
If we fail to re let the room then the deposit will be retained in full. – If the cancellation occurs 48hours or less prior to the booking then the guest will be liable for the booking in full.
– Any non-arrival will mean that the guest will be liable in full for the booking.
We take all bookings in good faith, as we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with Oak House, Bruton forms a legally binding contract. For this reason we advise that you take out a suitableTravel insurance policy to cover against cancellation fees.
